Today knowledge work brings up new requirements in regards to the design of work places and is of increasing importance for generating revenue. Due to the great complexity of knowledge intensive jobs, their processes can hardly be standardized. In addition they are profoundly incorporating people and their communication and are often organized in comprehensive teams.
Depending on the conceptual task of our clients our approximately 30 employees are organized in individual project teams to bundle their competences to benefit the client. A flat hierarchy and a great individual responsibility characterize our corporate climate and are responsible for a satisfied and highly motivated staff.
Founded in 1970, the company is operating under the name of KOP since 2001. We have comprehensive experience in developing working environments. In 1992 KOP received the German Steel Construction Award and since 1998 we are co-operation partner of the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering, business area Future Work.
KOP offers a wide range of hardware and software tools. We are applying latest technology e.g. we are operating with a 3-D visualization lounge that allows for interactive stereo projection.
